This site, on the corner of downtown Sudbury, had previously been an autobody shop that we demolished. We then had to clean up site and address the highwater table with dewatering systems during construction.

The construction features an elegant exterior consisting of natural stone, a slate roof, and custom copper accents. There was a full site package, including site development with septic system, parking including an island drive up building with pneumatic tube system, and all associated landscaping. The interior included all custom-built millwork, ceiling elements, wainscotting, bullet proof teller systems, custom safes, and ATM rooms.
