After four years of service, our client called us back to remodel 4 units to create 5.

The goal for them was to create a more efficient space that offered a few more amenities and therapies to their patients.

One of the main challenges of this project was working in an occupied psychiatric hospital with part of the scope including sprinkler and fire alarm work. We were fortunate to have a great project management team working there, as well as our sub-contractors stepped up, as always!

This renovation included nurses’ stations, a medication room, and a variety of treatment rooms.
