This renovation was especially interesting as we were remodeling a restaurant that had been a local favorite for decades into a Cannabis dispensary with a fully functioning lab for extracting hash. The owner’s vision and the McGeorge’s design pulled from the lakefront location to bring this historic building into the 21st century.

Thought not without some challenges. During demolition a number of structural issues were uncovered by our team and working with structural engineers, we were able to overcome and still honor the design for our client.

The results speak for themselves. A truly beautiful space full of hand hewn woodwork, large windows, an indoor living garden that was restored to its former glory and a state of the art cannabis facility.
