This project involved demolishing the existing building in late November and working diligently to be sure the foundation was in well before the ground froze.
It’s location in a neighborhood required our team paid particular attention to noise and traffic issues, and made it a priority with all of our subcontractors.
The end result is a beautiful shop, a significant improvement over the prior structure.
