Shane was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA but later moved to the Boston Area after graduating from Fitchburg State University in 2008, where he earned a degree in Construction Management and graduated first in his major.

Shane has been in the construction industry for over 15 years with proficiency in all facets of the trade. He has managed a multitude of projects including restaurants, banks, offices, retail, medical and dental facilities, custom architectural mansions and multi-home subdivisions, large scale ground-up commercial buildings, industrial/manufacturing facilities. His experience and ability to manage multiple projects gives him an advantage in the construction industry.

In the last few years, Shane has become very interested in Cannabis Facility Development including Cultivation, Processing and Dispensaries and has learned everything he can about this fascinating and exciting industry.

Shane built Kenco Development from scratch as a single employee, naming the company after his Grandfather, Kenneth Coe. He has dedicated his life to his company and its growth reflects this. His passion for the company and the work we do is unparalleled compared to his competition. Shane establishes personal relationships with all his clients that stretch far beyond the construction process.

He treats every project as if it is his own, and every client as if they are part of the family.
